Returns & Exchanges
Bunker Supply accepts returns for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in a new, unused condition in the original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Products received by the customer that are damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded. All returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Bunker Supply.
Limited Product Warranty
Bunker Supply’s limited warrant covers defects in materials and workmanship of select products developed and manufactured by Bunker Supply and through the WARCRY program limited to the MAAK Ecosystem, REC and associated mounting accessories, Acclimate, SABR, K-Wedge (the “product”) for the Warranty Period.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
