The role: 

Bunker Supply is looking for a dynamic, highly communicative and organized team-player to support and coordinate a variety of activities in Office Management. Bringing internal process improvement to all functions, the ideal candidate will bring their can-do attitude to tackling operational tasks like handling returns, organizing inventory management, processing/fulfilling orders and actively supporting the RMA process. Additionally, this person will be responsible for ensuring the overall office setting operates efficiently, team members are equipped with the tools to succeed, and contributing to a fun and exciting work culture. This role will include frequent communication (both verbal and written) with the development team, executive team, customers, and various vendors/external teams.

How you will contribute: 

  • Manage inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and RMAs, while developing a robust, reliable, and scalable system.
  • Manage communication between clients, upper management, and team members, mostly through emails with responsibility for the “support@bunkersupply” and "sales@bunkersupply” email inboxes. 
  • Manage the RMA process by communicating with customers, creating return shipment labels, confirming receipt of RMAs, testing the products and ordering/shipping replacement products.
  • Manage the email accounts for Sales and Support by continuously monitoring and responding to emails.
  • Support inventory management by sorting, organizing, maintaining and tracking SKUs in an efficient and accurate way; bring solutions to improving these processes and implementing where appropriate.
  • Support the customer journey in a variety of ways (email communication, gathering and sending information, taking instruction from manager, following up with internal stakeholders) to ensure responsive, quality, efficient service. 
  • Create and implement new and efficient processes to streamline and organize work and track progress.
  • Support the creation of KPIs to include tracking, monitoring, reporting of metrics to guide business decisions and prioritize business activities
  • Foster company culture by planning team events and outings.
  • Support the business development team by coordinating industry events and tradeshows.
  • Manage communication between clients, upper management, and team members.
  • Preparation of internal team documents such as the all hands “State of the Union” quarterly report.
  • Creation and management of an internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), accompanied by appropriate training/approval documentation.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercies discretion when interfacing with the business. 
  • Manage office purchases and materials, ensuring the team stays well stocked, anticipating the need.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, memos, and correspondence. 
  • Completion of a variety of dynamic, non-routine diverse tasks. 
  • Assume new tasks and responsibilities with ease and agility as business needs evolve.
